- Determine the beam angle of the LED light
The angular distribution of LED light is usually conical. According to actual situation requirements, the LED beam angle can determine the curvature radius of the reflector.
- Reflector-curved surface design
The curved shape of the reflector determines the characteristics of the reflected light and needs to be designed according to the specific needs of the street light. For effective beam control, the mirrors need to have a specified curvature and radius of curvature.
- Simulate reflected light
The designed reflector is simulated in a virtual environment to analyze the path of the reflected light and its projection onto the road surface. Through simulation, reflector standards suitable for street lighting are derived.
