What fault protection is found on streetlight circuits in general?

Recently, there have been many accidents involving people being electrocuted by the street lights, especially on rainy days. What kind of fault protection is used on streetlight circuits?

In order to ensure human safety, there is a leakage protector with a leakage current of 100-300mA in the sub-control box. A circuit breaker is installed inside the light pole, and a grounding electrode is made for each light pole. Some places require installing residual current protection devices for outdoor electrical facilities (including street lights). Besides, leakage protection devices with rainproof functions are also applied.
