The brightness of a 10 W LED flood light is equal to that of a 100 W incandescent lamp. Maybe this brightness is not enough for some outdoor lighting, but it is actually not as dim as you may imagine. The LED light bulbs in our rooms are usually 1.5-3 W. So a 10 W LED flood light may be bright enough as a garden light to light up the stairs.
