How many lumens required for street light?

I want to know how bright are the street lights. Is the brightness for street lights at different places different?

The common lumens for street lights are between 5000 and 10000. As the efficiency of the LED lights is about 100-160 lm/W, you may need LED lights with a power of 50-60 W. Lumens are humans’ perceptions of brightness. On some busy roads, the lumens need to be around 15000. For the same lumens, since LED lights have a higher efficiency, their power can be lower than that of other lights.
