Do LED street lights affect sleep?

There is a street light near my house which is very bright and the light always shines through the window at night. I cannot sleep very well. Is it the influence of the street light?

LED street lights of high intensity may affect people’s sleep. Because of the blue light LED street lights contain, they will inhibit the production of melatonin, thus violating people’s circadian rhythm. Besides, if the street light is too bright, it will also affect the residents who live near the lights. The solutions include reducing the brightness, changing the color temperature to warm white light, etc. If the light is set suitably, the effect can be reduced to the minimum.
