Which plant grow lights are better, red/blue or white?

Anyone can help?

It’s difficult to say with certainty which type of light—white or red/blue—is better for plant growth.

Red and blue light are the two most useful for photosynthesis. However, other pigments found in plants absorb various light wavelengths and subsequently convert that energy to chlorophyll.

This indicates that while red/blue light is necessary for photosynthesis, white light also contains other wavelengths that are somewhat helpful.

Besides, the ideal option also depends on factors like heat, intensity, and efficiency.

All in all, one thing is for sure, red/blue LED lights are the best value for money since they are long-lasting, highly efficient, and low heat.

How Long Should LED Grow Lights Be Left On?

They must be in my room because I am a student and cannot relocate them to another room. This brings me to my enquiry: If I were to purchase a grow light for my plants, how long should the lights be on at what times?
