How to Build the Optimal Grow Room Conditions?

I want to create the perfect grow room conditions for my plants. Do I need to buy grow lights or something?

Lighting

The ideal light intensity should be between 400 and 700 µmol/m²s.

Temperature and Humidity

The majority of plants like daytime temperatures of 70–85°F and nighttime temperatures of 60–70°F. Humidity levels should be kept between 50–70% during the vegetative stage and between 40–50% during the flowering stage.

Airflow and Ventilation

Enough ventilation and airflow are necessary to control humidity, temperature, and stop CO2 from building up. To get rid of smells and stale air, an inline fan with a carbon filter is advised. You’ll also need a fan to move air around your plants to prevent mold growth and stagnant air.
