My grow light failed recently, I was worried about the plants in my basement.

Depending on how much light a plant is typically exposed to, it can survive for anywhere from 4 to 20 days without it. While light-loving plants can only survive for 4 to 10 days before dying, low-light plants can live for up to 20 days.
