Which of the three LED light setting options (warm, red/blue and red/blue/yellow) should be used at what stage of cannabis growth?

I have these 3 setting options in my LED grow light-warm, red/blue, and red/blue/yellow.

Warm should be utilized in the flowering phase since it has a higher portion of far red wavelength.

During vegetative growth, red/blue/yellow should be employed as they are closest to the full spectrum.

Or, you might use red/blue for early vegetative growth and red/blue/yellow for the rest of vegetative growth, particularly in the transition stage right before you switch your light from 18/6 to 12/12 for the flowering phase.
