Is it possible to apply color-shifting material to a red LED to change its color?

I hope my red LED can emit blue light.

It is not feasible to change its color by adding color-shifting material.

It cannot be denied that changing a blue LED to a green, yellow, or red color is feasible and frequently done. This is because fluorescent materials can increase wavelength by converting blue photons into a mixture of lower-energy photons. There is no simple way to move red light up to a color like yellow, green, or blue because it is at the bottom of the visible photon energy spectrum.
