There are generally many reasons for faults in LED lights. The problem can exist in every aspect, from packaging to application to use. Common reasons include:
- Poor welding quality
- problem with the quality of the bracket plating
- LED chip leakage current increases.
- LED products do not have anti-static protection, and the chips are damaged by induced static electricity.
In order to avoid LED failure, the entire process should be operated according to the standards of the ISO quality system. In addition, varistor and PPTC components can be used to protect the circuit.
