Should LED PCBs use copper or aluminum plates?

I found most LED PCBs use aluminum plates. Is aluminum better than copper?

Copper has good thermal conductivity but is too expensive. The processing is difficult, and its weight is too large. And copper radiators have a small heat capacity and are easily oxidized.

Pure aluminum is too soft to be used directly. Only the aluminum alloy used can provide sufficient hardness. Aluminum alloy has worse thermal conductivity than copper, but it is widely used because of its low price and light weight.
