Step 1:Send us the 3D drawing of product or samples directly, so we can do DFM and mold flow analysis.
Step 2: Our engineers would work with you closely to confirm all details such as the material, size, and budget.
Step 3: Based on your specific needs, we would design the mold and send the design to you to get confirmed.
Step 4:Design based on approval. We produce the sample mold and deliver it to you for approval.
Step 5: Mold manufacturing and testing. We have a series of testing and quality control processes before delivery, making sure that the mold we produced can achieve our high standard.
Step 6: Delivery of the mold according to the project schedule.
